Delivery Information

Careful shipping insures that your system or components will arrive intact and on schedule. All invoices include a shipment tracking number for easy tracking of your order.

Orders under 150 lbs: Orders weighing less than 150 lbs are shipped via Fedex. Choose from Fedex Priority to arrive the next business day or Fedex 2-day Economy. Shipping and handling charges are added to your order and included in your invoice.

Orders over 150 lbs: Orders weighing 150lbs or more qualify for discounted freight shipping. These freight costs are not calculated on the website. Radiant's Shipping Department determines the best method of delivery based on the weight of the equipment. Freight costs are sent directly to you before being added to your final invoice.

Shipping charges on international orders are also calculated on an individual basis. Import duties, taxes and custom charges vary from country to country. In some countries, the importation of computer equipment is not subject to import duties; in other countries, computer equipment is subject to heavy import taxes.
