However with all computer/technical equipment, issues can arise, so we want to make it easy for you to get the technical support you need, as soon as you need it.
For non-emergency technical inquiries, please use our online support form and your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours.
For technical assistance that requires immediate attention, please call 800-500-7675 - select option 1, then extension 105. Telephone support is available between 9am and 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Your warranty provides for technical support and 24-hour defective parts replacement.
To return a defective component or part, please call your sales representative directly. If you cannot reach your rep, please use our online form or call 732-292-9100, extension 108. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please package the component in the original packing material with the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package. In most cases, the new part will be on its way to you before we have received the defective part back.
