Bare Metal Instances Now on AWS
For our clients leveraging AWS EC2 services, Amazon will now allow you to run workloads on bare metal servers. After providing VMware customers with bare metal access, AWS has extended the offering to its own customers. Clients can now get access both the hardware and the hardware’s resources without the overhead. We talk to many organizations that want more control over their cloud servers and now AWS will let you run your own virtualization stacks with i3.metal service instances. These new instances are now going into public preview, but if you are a developer, you must sign up for the preview.
